  • 1 medium casserole
  • 1 sheet aluminum foil


  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
  • 1 can coconut milk full-fat
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp thyme dried
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg groung
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper ground
  • 1 tsp salt
