  1. Preheat the air fryer at 350°F (176°C). While the air fryer is preheating, peel and slice two bananas uniformly and thinly (around 1/8 inch or 3 mm) with a sharp knife.

  2. Season the sliced bananas with 1 tbsp brown sugar, ½ cup melted coconut oil, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp cayenne. To melt coconut oil, I use a bain-marie.

  3. Now, lay a parchment paper on the air fryer basket and place sliced bananas without overlapping each other. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes at 350°F (176°C).
