What do I need to make Vegan Protein Banana Bites?

For this easy and quick snack recipe, you need just a handful of ingredients.

Bananas – to get perfect texture and aroma, choose ripe bananas. Make sure you didn’t grab overripe bananas, as too mushy fruit will not work for this recipe. Also, a good alternative can be baby bananas, as they are usually more aromatic and sweet.

Protein Banana BitesPeanut butter – if you are making a healthy treat (as we do today), use only natural peanut butter. The qualitative peanut butter must contain only peanuts and salt. As an alternative, you can substitute it with any nut or seed butter.

Protein powder – perfect protein powder is the one you like. I do not like too sweet powders. I mean whey protein. Those I can drink only in shakes. For snack recipes, I use plant-based protein. My favorites are almond protein and coconut&banana protein.

Protein Banana BitesChocolate – my favorite pairing is with white chocolate chips, but you can grab any chocolate you like. If you are preparing a vegan version, make sure to choose dairy-free chocolate. Also, for a post-workout snack, you should take sugar-free chocolate.
