Start by preheating the air fryer for about 5 minutes at 400F. Then cover the basket with parchment paper as the meatballs will release some juices and grease.

Now that the air fryer is reheated, position frozen meatballs into the air fryer basket. To prevent the meatballs from sticking to the parchment paper, you might want to grease it with a bit of cooking oil.
Seal the basket and air fry the frozen meatballs for 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Halfway through shake the basket, or use a fork to turn the sides, so that the frozen meatballs get thoroughly and evenly cooked.  If you desire a crispier exterior, continue cooking for an extra 1-2 minutes.
When the time expires, remove them from the basket and place the delicious meatballs onto a large plate. For an extra touch of taste and color, brush them with BBQ sauce.

That is all it takes to cook frozen meatballs balls in an air fryer, isn’t it a piece of cake?
