And if you crave a healthy snack that will satisfy your hunger between meals and give you an energy boost, then you can certainly also opt for a banana milkshake.

The preparation of this indulgent drink is very easy and is perfect for those people who are always on the run. Drop all ingredients in a blender, blend, pour in a glass, and serve with pleasure. It only takes 5 minutes. The easiest way is to use a stand blender. But if you do not have one you can easily use a hand blender, as it doesn’t work worst.

Actually, even when baking if I crave something healthier or vegan I substitute butter with banana puree.

They also help regulate blood sugar and considerably improves digestion. This banana milkshake recipe is also a great source of Vitamin E, B6, and C as well as fiber. Tips:

  • If you want to give a new aroma to your banana milkshake recipe, add some chocolate or cacao.
  • You can sweeten the milkshake with any sweetener you like: sugar, honey, maple syrup, or stevia. 
  • Use only cold milk. It should be just from the refrigerator as unrefrigerated milk beats worse.
  • The optimal fat content in milk should be 2.5%;
  • Serve the beverage immediately after blending. Otherwise, it loses its airy consistency. 
  • For the vegan option substitute dairy product with plant milk. Almond and coconut milk taste even better in this beverage that regular milk.
