Why raspberry with Oreos?
My daughter adores raspberries more than other fruits, so for this easy and fast dessert, I have opted for some frozen raspberries with Oreos that I always have in my kitchen. This easy raspberry oreo no-bake dessert doesn’t have a crust, but in some words, it has a blended oreo layer that is as if support for other layers. How to make Raspberry Oreo no-bake dessert?
This dessert is super easy to make as you can assemble any ingredients, and it will look excellent and fluffy. For today, I have made an easy dessert that requires no baking, no mould, no baking trays. All you will need are some nice-looking glasses, imagination, and time to savour the moment. So let’s start the process!
What do you need:
- One pack of Oreo cookies ( 150gr or 5oz)
- 8 oz Whipping Cream
- 3 tbsp icing sugar
- 1-2 tbsp Nutella
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries
If you are using frozen raspberries just like me, then let them thaw overnight in the fridge to avoid the excess of water.
I have made by myself the whipped cream, but you can easily buy it in any store. How I did it: take the hand blender and pour the heavy cream with 3 tbsp of icing sugar and blend until it has a firm whipping consistency. I like making it at home as it is fun and much tastier.
Take two medium bowls: in one bowl pour half of the whipped cream and another half in another bowl.
Puree the raspberries and transfer to one half of the whipped cream bowl. It should have a super lovely and eye-catching pink colour.
In the second bowl with whipped cream add 1 or 2 tbsp of Nutella and nicely stir until it looks pale brown.
Blend oreo cookies to obtain some Oreo crumbs.
Now comes the time for assembling the dessert: take one glass and start with oreo crumbs, pour over raspberry cream plus Nutella cream. Repeat one more time and garnish with any fruits you have.
Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving to have them more firm and stable. Spoon in and enjoy.
This dessert is simple to make, and delicious to enjoy.
