Today’s recipe is more about a healthy dish with chicken wings and veggies, all in its own juice. Instant Pot stew program is one of the best programs for cooking a dish under pressure and preserving all nutritional elements.
This recipe is super easy and flavour-packed, cooked in under 45 minutes.
Why cook in an Instant Pot?
All of you already know my love for an air fryer, and I have to admit that it is my indisputable true love; however, the Instant Pot is another gadget that is also a must-have. Instant Pot makes more healthy recipes under pressure, preserves more juice and takes more time to cook, but the result is different and nice. Many of my friends love cooking in Instant Pot as it is more convenient, saves time, smells, and cooks healthy dishes. Another positive point about Instant Pot is that it uses less oil than stoves or ovens.
What is Chicken Wings Stew?
Chicken stew is a famous and popular dish cooked and adapted personally. This time, I have cooked chicken wings stew along with veggies as a classic comfort dish for an ordinary dinner. The chicken meat was tender and juicy, while the veggies were soft with an intense and rich broth aroma. It’s super easy and delicious. It saves you time and effort when you are out of it.
Stews are usually cooked for hours to ensure your meat is perfectly cooked, juicy, and tender. This is why cooking in Instant Pot is handy and will cook the dish in minutes.
Take a large cutting board and cut chunks of the veggies: carrot, potatoes, broccoli, celery, and mince the garlic. Set aside.
On another board, dislocate the joint of the chicken wings between the wingette and the tip, holding with two hands and forcing the joint to cut apart.
Take the Instant Pot.
Pour olive oil into the pot, and add the minced garlic, all veggies, and chicken wings. Watch the video below:
Now goes the seasoning: salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and chilli pepper.
Pour ½ glass of dry white wine and 1 cup of chicken broth. Mix everything and cook the dish.
Select the sautee program and cook for 45 minutes with the closed lid.
Once the time elapses, open the lid to release the steam.

How Do I Store Chicken Stew Instant Pot Leftovers?
If you still have some leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Usually, I make small portions to avoid leftovers.
How To Reheat Chicken Stew?
Reheating is easy as you will not need the Instant Pot, just a stove and a medium heat to pre-heat the food. You can reheat the stew in your Instant Pot, but I don’t see the need for it.
Can I Use Chicken Stock Instead Of Chicken Broth?
Sure, you can easily use chicken stock instead of chicken broth. The difference between broth and stock is that broth is made from meat with veggies, while stock is made of bones.
