Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte RecipeWhen Starbucks first introduced this drink, many people were sceptical about its taste, but it quickly gained popularity and became one of the most acclaimed and famous in the world. Read more helpful information about this coffee drink here. Many people, including me, make it at home as it is easily customisable, and the aroma is fabulous. I like mixed spice; it instantly reminds me of Gluhwein.

It is that time of the year when the smell of coffee is more intense in the kitchen and bars. The warm pumpkin spice we all love makes this simple drink so tasty.

What is pumpkin spice?

Pumpkin pureePumpkin spice is the famous spice we all have in the kitchen. They include cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and others if you still want a more pronounced taste of spices mixed with brewed coffee. This Pumpkin Spice Latte is considered one of the most popular Starbucks drinks made of natural flavours and brewed coffee and served warm on cold days.

What I like about this coffee drink is the versatility it can be made; the milk can be skipped or replaced with any other milk, it can be made with or without brown sugar, and the whipped cream can be skipped. You can make it look simple or fancy to impress your family. You can check out some of our famous warm drinks, such as Mexican Hot Chocolate, Cinnamon Dolce Latte, and Creamy Peanut Butter Milkshake.

The ingredients:

Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte Ingredients

  • Milk: I have used cow milk, but here you can use almond, coconut, or skip if you have an intolerance to milk
  • Pumpkin puree: the easy method is to buy the pumpkin puree, but if you want a more natural pumpkin flavour, then roast the pumpkin and scratch the middle. This puree can be stored and used for other days.
  • Brown sugar or sugar-free
  • Pumpkin spice: cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, and cloves – all well blended.
  • Vanilla: I have used fresh vanilla paste as the aroma is more intense and pronounced, but you can use vanilla extract.
  • The best cup of coffee made of the freshest coffee beans in a good coffee machine is the best option for an authentic Italian espresso cup.
  • Whipped cream of fat percentage and cinnamon to garnish.
