- 3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 vanilla bean paste
- 2 brewed espresso coffee

Pour the pumpkin puree, milk, and brown sugar into a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk well so that all the ingredients incorporate and homogenise. It should have a pale orange colour. Cook the froth milk mixture until hot, but do not boil.
Add the vanilla paste and the pumpkin spice. Mix well and remove it from the heat.
Pour the coffee and whisk well until it is frothy and smells fantastic.
Take two nice coffee latte glasses and pour attentively into them.
Garnish with whipped cream and add some cinnamon on the top.
