- 3 bananas
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp almond protein
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small mixing bowl, combine ½ cup peanut butter with 2 tablespoons of almond protein.
Peel and slice 3 bananas into ½ - ¼ inch thick slices. Arrange half of the banana slices on the prepared tray and top with a peanut butter mixture. Then top with another banana slice to make a kind of sandwich. Cover with cling film and send to the freezer for about 1 hour or until the banana is frozen.
Melt ½ cup of sugar-free white chocolate chips. Dip the frozen banana sandwiches one by one into the melted chocolate so that half of it is coated. Lay them on the baking sheet and freeze again for about 15-20 minutes.
