- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 cup parmesan shredded
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp powdered nutmeg
- 1 tsp white ground pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Melt the butter in a saucepan
- Add the flour and always mix using a whisk until golden brown
- Pour in the milk gradually and mix
