How to make sausage pizza
To start making the pizza, first, preheat the oven. That Italian-like pizza is cooked in an oven heated at 200-220 degrees. This is the right temperature for home ovens, not for the wood-fired ovens.

- 1 pound pizza dough
- 2 pork sausage
- 1 chicken sausage
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup gorgonzola
- 1 cup tomato sauce for pizza
- 1/2 cup black olives sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan optional
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees
- Stretch the dough to the desired shape and diameter (to cover the baking tray)
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and put the pizza dough over
- Spread the tomato sauce and sprinkle a few olive oil drops over the pizza dough
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella
- Spread the chunks of sausage all over the surface
- Add pieces of gorgonzola cheese
- Add the black olive slices
- Bake for 7-10 minutes, take out of the oven, and sprinkle some parmesan if desired
- Serve while still hot
