- 1 pound pizza dough
- 2 pork sausage
- 1 chicken sausage
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup gorgonzola
- 1 cup tomato sauce for pizza
- 1/2 cup black olives sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan optional
Preheat oven to 200 degrees
Stretch the dough to the desired shape and diameter (to cover the baking tray)
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and put the pizza dough over
Spread the tomato sauce and sprinkle a few olive oil drops over the pizza dough
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella
Spread the chunks of sausage all over the surface
Add pieces of gorgonzola cheese
Add the black olive slices
Bake for 7-10 minutes, take out of the oven, and sprinkle some parmesan if desired
Serve while still hot
