Pour in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, add in the slices of garlic and add the cherries. Don’t forget to use a paper towel to absorb the excess water from the tomatoes prior to adding them to the hot pot.
Roast the tomatoes for a couple of minutes then add the pasta of your choice. Mix well then pour in broth or simple water as much as for the liquid to be at the same level as the pasta. Feta Pasta made in Instant Pot
- instant pot
- 8 oz feta
- 16 oz pasta short
- 7-8 oz cherry tomatoes
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 cups broth or water
- Set the instant pot on the "saute" regime and wait until it preheats
- In the meantime, peel and slice the garlic cloves
- Add 2-3 tbsp of olive oil into the pot and saute the garlic slices
- Wash the cherry tomatoes, dap with paper towel then add them to the pot
- Sautee for about 2 minutes
