- 8 oz feta
- 16 oz pasta short
- 7-8 oz cherry tomatoes
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 cups broth or water
Set the instant pot on the "saute" regime and wait until it preheats
In the meantime, peel and slice the garlic cloves
Add 2-3 tbsp of olive oil into the pot and saute the garlic slices
Wash the cherry tomatoes, dap with paper towel then add them to the pot
Sautee for about 2 minutes
Add the pasta and pour in the broth or water till the pasta level
Season with salt and oregano
Seal the lid and cook for 12 minutes
Finally, release the steam, open the lid, and mix
Add a few basil leaves if you like
Serve immediately, with great pleasure
