How to make sausage rolls?
Well, when the dough is ready to be used I pour some flour on the working surface and cut it in 4 medium pieces. Take one 1 piece of dough and start stretching it finely with the rolling pin.
I take my sausages, in some of the rolls I add finely sliced mozzarella for a better taste. I cut the dough 10mm horizontally. Lay a sheet of pastry on the baking tray, while the oven is already preheated at 180C.
Meanwhile, I roll up the sausage into the dough shapes and brush some water on the opposite side and tightly roll up to avoid the burning cheese. Crispy Homemade Sausage Bread Rolls

- 12 sausages
- 1 kg dough
- 6 slices mozzarella
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- Spread pizza dough evenly onto a 9x13-inch baking sheet and start rolling up the sausage into the dough shapes. I brush some water on the opposite side and tightly roll up to avoid the burning cheese.
