- 12 sausages
- 1 kg dough
- 6 slices mozzarella

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- Spread pizza dough evenly onto a 9x13-inch baking sheet and start rolling up the sausage into the dough shapes. I brush some water on the opposite side and tightly roll up to avoid the burning cheese.
- Brush the roll with one mixed egg and top some sesame seeds and sea salt.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- Serve both cold or warm with some ketchup aside.
