Crispy Airfryer Potato Wedges

Air Fryer Potato Wedges are crispy on the outside, soft and delicious on the inside. The best-baked potatoes you will enjoy in a quick way.

Cooking in the air fryer became so popular that I try to make a lot of dishes in it. As I have mentioned about bacon in the air fryer, potatoes are also quick and fast to make. Less mess, less smell, and more healthy dishes.

My family adore potatoes cooked in anyways; mashed potatoes, fried potatoes, baked potatoes, French fries or in an air fryer.

Are air-fried potatoes good for you?

Well, air fryer is a healthier alternative to a whole pan of oil. Potatoes baked in air fryer get a cripsy/crunchy texture without adding too much oil, thus reducing the fat and calories. Moreother, the taste is much better and tastier. You can roast, fry, bake in an air fryer with a little to no oil. This is a great advantage and the positive excuse of buying such a great accessory at home.

Do you have to boil potatoes before frying them?

Cooking potatoes in an air fryer is easy as it sounds. No boiling potatoes needed. No more annoying moments and too much time spent in vain to obtain one of the best and crispy baked potatoes. Wash, cut, and cook. Simple and easy.

Some people still love to boil the spuds before frying them. Okay, it is optional.

Is Airfryer better than oven?

There isn’t a severe verdict which one is better or healthier. Both versions are okay and great, it already depends on the time you want to spend. In an air fryer, the process will be longer with less mess and smell, while baking will make them crunchier and golden. Both versions will make your potato wedges taste delicious and fabulous. You choose how to make it.

Even though many tend to say that air fryers are a less risky and oily mess, I still have to admit that baking potatoes in the oven are also one of my favourite methods. It depends on the way and the time you can afford on cooking. So keep in mind that both cooking processes are okay.
