For a healthier version of chicken meatballs, remove the skin, however, if you decide to leave the skin, the consistency will be fattier, yet a bit tastier.
The meat will then be mixed with eggs, onion, garlic cloves, cheese, breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, parsley, salt, and pepper. In this way, you will create delicious and nutritious chicken meatballs, which will appeal to young and old. You can cook the meatballs in the oven, as in my recipe, or fry them in a pan, they will still be soft, and accompany them with fresh seasonal salad, along with your favorite sauces.
How to make chicken meatballs?
Take a large bowl because you will have to mix all the ingredients. Start with the minced meat. Put it in the bowl then start adding all the ingredients. Crack 4 eggs, grate 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and also add it to the bowl.
For the composition to get a more intense taste and crispiness, add 1 cup of sesame seeds. I know it may seem strange, but believe me, these will be the most delicious and crispy and special chicken meatballs you have ever tried. Also, for the ingredients to bound better, add a cup of breadcrumbs.
Finally, peel the onion and the garlic cloves. Use a grater to finely grate the onion and the garlic. Now chop some parsley and add it to the meat along with the onion, garlic, salt, paprika, and ground pepper.

Now wash your hands and get to the real business. Now here you have to decide which way to go, use your bare hands, or cheat, and use an icecream scoop:)
If you don’t have an ice-cream scoop, just make sure your hands are wet when rolling. Portion your meatballs with a tablespoon. Always roll the meat with wet hands, or grease them with regular oil. If your palms are dry, the meat will stick to your hands and you won’t be able to get the desired result.

Baking starts with preheating the oven. As I always recommend to our beloved readers, preheat the oven for at least 10 minutes. The hotter the oven – the better the final result. Finally, let the magic happen. Insert the baking tray into the hot oven and let the chicken meatballs bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. You will understand when they are ready by their beautiful golden-brown crust. Then take the tray out of the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving.

Serve the crispy and tender chicken meatballs with any of your favorite sauces such as tzatziki, taco sauce, or simple homemade mayo.
