- 6 medium potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- sea salt

Wash and pat the potatoes dry and cut wedges.
Take a small bowl and mix olive oil with the seasoning. Toss the wedges in the seasoning to stick all over them. With your, both hands rub the potatoes to make sure they get evenly coated.
Place the potatoes in the Airfryer basket and cook at 400F (180C) for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, shake the basket so the wedges cook properly on all sides. Cook another 10 minutes or until ready and golden brown.
Serve immediately as they are with some sauce.
