Frozen Margarita Cocktail is quick to make and easy to drink. An adult beverage to instantly refresh and savour a tasty summer or holiday cocktail.

Why Margarita for the holidays?

I adore Margarita cocktail recipes as they are so tasty and salty. A sweet/sour texture in some beautiful glasses to simply enjoy. This simple and easy drink assembles much with hot days when you are thirsty for cold, sourly cocktails. However, I like to make unique cocktails for holidays, as well. I want to spoil my guests with some nice-looking beverages as they complete the table fancily and tasty.

Why Frozen Margarita?

I adore how the blended ice looks in glasses and how it slowly melts while serving it. I love cocktails with blended ice, instead of some ice cubes. They look more likeable, more girlish, and easier to drink. I like to enjoy a glass of Frozen Margarita for a while. I want to be slightly intoxicated with a drink, rather be drunk. So, some cocktails I make at home have to be elegant, not too intensive and robust.

I adore making cocktails at home while I give some parties. A bottle of good quality wine is also a great idea, but when I make some of my traditional drinks, I feel happy and satisfied. All my friends know that I adore making cocktails and they are also eager to come and try some of them.

A splash of tequila, Cointreau, and some lime juice nicely mixed with blended ice is fabulous and screaming. What more can you wish on a party night table, then spoil yourself with a delicious cocktail?

A Frozen Margarita recipe is always a good idea. If you like Margarita cocktails that much I do, then you will find this recipe easy, fast to assemble, and tasty.

Are margaritas supposed to be frozen?

The classic Margarita version is not supposed to be frozen. All the ingredients are blended in the shaker and poured in some nice glasses decorated with sea salt. Also, you can serve it on the rocks where the drink is just poured over the ice cubes and simply enjoyed. However, if speaking about Frozen Margarita, then the ice cubed are blended in small beards where you pour-over the drink. It will slowly melt, and you will enjoy a frozen sweet/sourly drink.

What is the best-frozen margarita mix?

Frozen Margarita Cocktails made at home can be mixed with many add-ins. You won’t go wrong if you like to add species or vice versa some sweetness.

If you want a smooth and tasty Margarita drink that will add a kick, without overwhelming the taste and the glass, you can easily add Agave syrup, Don Julio Blanco, El Tesoro tequila shots made of different ingredients.

What’s the best tequila for margaritas?

The best tequila bottle for Margarita is the one you love and have. For example, I like Patron or Sauza and try to add some of it while making the cocktails. But, you can easily use other famous brands Tequilas from cheaper to more expensive ones. El Tesoro Añejo Tequila, Espolòn Blanco, Avión Reposado, to more expensive Casamigos Blanco that costs about $2000. Silver Patron has an available price and a great taste, so this is always my option for Margaritas or shots.

How do you make a frozen margarita from scratch?

I adore cocktails at home as I can adjust the strength, taste, and flavour. In bars they trick a little, however, at home I am the best barmen.

The ingredients for 1 Frozen Margarita Cocktail:

1 shot of Tequila

½ shot of Triple Sec ( Cointreau)

Ice cubes thinly blended

1-2 lime juice

1 slice of lime for decoration

Sea salt
