  • 2-4 eggs
  • 4 slices of Brie cheese (I adore how it pairs with fried eggs)
  • Fresh baby spinach, optional
  • Seasoning: flakes and ground black pepper

How to make the best-fried egg sandwich?

I adore adding some fresh/raw veggies or green leaves to any sandwiches I make at home. They add a note of healthiness, colour, and taste. I love baby spinach, this is why I added some to my today’s breakfast recipe.

The Best Fried Egg Sandwich Recipe On medium heat, put the skillet and pour some amount of olive oil, once it is heated, attentively break 2 or 3 eggs. Season with salt, pepper, and pepper flakes. Fry the eggs with the yolk sunny side up at medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Cook medium to obtain some sunny runny eggs.

Toast the bread – this is optional.
