The Best Fried Egg Sandwich RecipeFrying eggs at home is probably the easiest and simple dish to make. I will never forget this moment. This was my first cooking experience and I think many women will understand me. This is probably the base of starting cooking at home. 

However, in case you want some nice-looking eggs simply follow my easy steps.

Take a skillet and warm some olive oil or butter if you want them more delicious. Wash the eggs before using them, and carefully break one by one into the heated skillet. For today’s’ recipe, I wanted my eggs sunny side up, this is why I didn’t flipped them. I wanted some runny eggs so, this is why, I fried them on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.

  • 4 slices of bread ( I have used integral brown bread)
  • 2-4 eggs
  • 4 slices of Brie cheese (I adore how it pairs with fried eggs)
  • Fresh baby spinach, optional 
  • Seasoning: flakes and ground black pepper

How to make the best-fried egg sandwich?

I adore adding some fresh/raw veggies or green leaves to any sandwiches I make at home. They add a note of healthiness, colour, and taste. I love baby spinach, this is why I added some to my today’s breakfast recipe. 

The Best Fried Egg Sandwich RecipeOn medium heat, put the skillet and pour some amount of olive oil, once it is heated, attentively break 2 or 3 eggs. Season with salt, pepper, and pepper flakes. Fry the eggs with the yolk sunny side up at medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Cook medium to obtain some sunny runny eggs. 

Toast the bread – this is optional. 

Now, it is time to assemble. Take one slice of bread and top it with cheese, add the fried egg, baby spinach and finish the sandwich with another slice of bread. 

Cut in half and enjoy your breakfast.
