What is the best pan to use?
As for me, the perfect kitchenware for a one-pan meal is a 10 or 12-inch skillet with a high edge, wok pan, or Dutch Oven pan (kind of cast iron cauldron). For most recipes, you will need to cover it with a lid. So if you are looking to buy a new pan, grab the one with a top. Also, the one non-stick is preferable.
