However, this kind of easy mousse is quick to make and simple to enjoy even on a late dining table. It isn’t too sweet, too caloric, but creamy and delicious.

How do you harden the mousse?

This coffee yoghurt mousse is simple to make and needs no hardens; however, in case you see it is too liquid and too light, easily adjust some cornstarch or gelatine. A moderate amount, 1 tsp, will thicken the mousse, and you will enjoy a nice-looking delicious dessert. 

Can I freeze mousse?

Sure! 

You should freeze this kind of coffee yoghurt mousse immediately after you have poured it into your nice glasses. Freeze this coffee mouse for at least 1 hour and up to 1-2 weeks.

How to make No-Bake Coffee Yogurt Mousse?

No-bake coffee yoghurt mousse is one of those light and simple desserts that you never get enough of. Due to its creaminess and softness, this mousse is super lingering and always in demand in my house; this is why I try always to make a good amount to satisfy all the members.

No-Bake Coffee Yogurt Mousse Ingredients

Ingredients: 

  • Âľ cup greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup mascarpone
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup espresso coffee

To prepare the coffee yoghurt mousse, first, you need to make one express coffee. One cup of coffee will go to 2 glasses of mousses. Add the sugar immediately to your hot coffee to dissolve it fully. 

Whip the heavy cream and set it aside.

Take your hand blender and mix mascarpone with Greek yoghurt. Pour coffee into the mixture and mix well until it has been incorporated and unified.

No-Bake Coffee Yogurt MousseAdd the whipped cream to the mixture and gently stir with a spatula. 

Refrigerated the cream mousse until it is ready to be consumed. 

Once you want to enjoy the coffee yoghurt mousse, start nicely to decorate the glasses. At the bottom of the glass, place some crumbled biscuits or coffee bean and top over the mousse cream. Garnish with chocolate chips or coffee beans, and enjoy a moment of savoriness and joyfulness.
