It as if allows you to discover new aromas, as well as to always be in search of new recipes and tastes. I adore this process, it as if allows me to rediscover myself, as there are balanced/odd tastes that I have never tasted them before. But I like them now.
How to make a salad bowl?
Love everything about this easy but tasty recipe. So simple and easy, but so flavorful and healthy. I simply nourish my body with such great salad ideas. This ultimate salad bowl is made with a bunch of veggies I had in my fridge. You can add or skip anyone you like.
- Broccoli – I have used half broccoli florets
- 1 medium carrot
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 red onion
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1 ripe avocado
- Canned red beans
- Some cilantro
- Tahini sauce
Tahini dressing sauce is one of my favourites sauces as it very creamy, tangy, light, and hearty at the same time. It coats and pairs so well with fresh and raw veggies that I found it just perfect and ideal. You can check the Tahini dressing sauce recipe here.
Making the salad: wash properly all veggies and wipe with some kitchen towel.
Take a large cutting board and cut all the veggies. Cut small pieces broccoli florets, cherries, carrot, onion, and avocado. Pour some canned red beans and mix with all the veggies. Mix gently all the ingredients and pour the Tahini dressing. So simple, but so tasty and delicious that I really recommend making it.
How to store salad bowl?
Any salad is ready in minutes so I will not recommend storing any kind of salad. However, in case you want to make it ahead of your dinner meal, simply cut all the veggies and store it in your fridge. Pour the dressing before serving. Simple and practic.

- cherry tomatoes
