- Ripe colourful tomatoes, around 8 pieces
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 shallots thinly sliced
- Herbs, fresh parsley and dill nicely chopped
Properly wash and clean all the tomatoes you are going to use.
Take a cutting board and start cutting wedges or halves your tomatoes. Also, thinly slice the shallots, parsley, and the dill.
Take a big bowl and start combining all the ingredients. Pour the sour cream and mix well until all the ingredients have coated all the aromas.
Add salt and herbs at your discretion.
Garnish tomato salad with some thinly chopped chives and serve immediately. Try to eat it at the time you are serving this salad to avoid a soggy mess salad.
I do not recommend to store salads that have creamy dressing as they do not taste the same as you eat it right away. So try to make the amount you will enjoy just for dinner.
