- 2-3 small-size canned tuna
- ½ cup of mayo
- ½ cup of cream cheese
- ½ cup of capers
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 1 shallot
- Some lemon juice
- Crackers for dipping into the great tuna appetizer
Simple and easy.
Take a hand blender and add all the ingredients.
Blend about 2-3 minutes until you obtain a thick consistency, but not too liquid. It should look like a thick tuna salad with the creamy dressing.
