Using a sharp knife, clean and cut the head of cauliflower into florets in relatively same size. Transfer florets in a large mixing bowl. Pour the spicy homemade buffalo sauce over the cauliflower. Add garlic powder, olive oil, and just a little salt. Stir well as buffalo sauce and spices to coat perfect the cauliflower florets.
