You will need 500g of flour, 400 ml of water, 50 ml olive oil, 7 g of dried yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar and one of salt. With these little ingredients and indicated dosed you will prepare 3 round pizzas of 28-30 cm in diameter.

How to start making pizza?
As a first thing, preheat the oven. Perfect pizza comes out when the oven has been heated at 200-220 degrees. This is the recommendation for home ovens, not for the wood-fired ovens. That is a whole other story. Then, proceed to the dough.
It is mandatory to knead the dough after the resting period. After you have kneaded it, cut the dough in 3 equal parts, which means you will have 3 equal pizzas. Over time I have prepared and have tasted many versions of pizza but the one that has really made a way to my heart, the Queen of all, pizza Margherita. Besides, I am sure that it is one of the most beloved pizzas especially for children, thanks to its simple yet flavourful ingredients.
The secrets are few and obvious. First, all the ingredients must be of excellent quality. Second, the oven must be hot, and last but not least, you must insert all your love and dedication to the dough while kneading it. Only in this way, your Margherita pizza will be special. Ingredients for pizza Margherita
- Tomato pulp 100 g
- Mozarella for pizza 200 g
- Burrata cheese 1 piece
- Dry oregano 1 tsp
- Basil to taste

Pepperoni pizza is a real delicacy for sight, smell, and taste. I wouldn’t recommend this pizza to children or to people who have gastrointestinal problems because it is a spicy dish.
However, the versatility of the pepperoni and salami pizza is due to the fact that it can be consumed either hot or cold, great as a snack or dinner. Follow the next steps, to make a tasty pepperoni pizza.
Ingredients for Pepperoni pizza
- Tomato pulp 100 g
- Mozarella for pizza 200 g
- Salami to taste
- Sliced spicy sausage to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Grated parmesan to taste
- Sliced Hot peppers to taste
The same rules apply here as well. Roll the dough to the needed shape and diameter then bake the dough disk for 5 minutes at 200-220 degrees. Take out the slightly golden dough disk and season it with the above-mentioned ingredients following the order. Begin with the tomato paste and the olive oil. Add the grated mozzarella, the sliced salami and a few slices of hot peppers. Sprinkle grated parmesan to taste and move the baking tray back to the oven for another 5 minutes. How to make Onion&Gorgonzola Pizza
Onion&Gorgonzola Pizza is one of the most piquant and flavorful pizzas I have ever eaten. That is probably why I adore it so much. The combination of the crunchy onion slices and the soft tangy blue cheese is simply mind-blowing.
Ingredients for Onion&Gorgonzola Pizza
- Tomato pulp 100 g
- Mozarella for pizza 100 g
- Gorgonzola 200
- One medium red onion
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Grated parmesan to taste
Let’s start with one of the main ingredients of this dish. Peel off the onion and cut it in thin slices. Then take a bowl and transfer the onion slices to it. Squeeze one lemon juice over the onion and let it marinate for about 10 minutes while you prepare the pizza. By doing so, you take out the spiciness out the onion and make it crunchy. Before adding it to pizza, squeeze all liquid out the onion slices. Do not pour the juice of the marinade on the pizza.
Continue by rolling the dough. Make a disk of 28-30 cm diameter and put it to bake for 5 minutes. Then take it out and add the tomato sauce along with a few drops of olive oil. Grate some mozzarella cheese, add some chunks of gorgonzola on top, sprinkle the marinated onion slices and top everything with grated parmesan.
Put everything to bake for 5 minutes and wait for the magic to happen. Once you take it out the oven, wait 5 minutes before you proceed to devour it.

Instructions
For all pizzas
- Preheat the oven at 200-220 degrees
- Knead the dough after the resting period and cut it in 3 equal parts
- Roll the dough using a rolling pin to form a disk of 28-30 cm in diameter and 0.4 cm hight
- Place the dough disk on a baking tray and put it in the preheated oven and let it bake for 5 minutes
- Take it out of the oven and start adding the ingredients for each pizza
Pizza Margherita
- Add tomato sauce first. Then sprinkle a few drops of olive oil, proceed with adding the grated mozzarella, burrata pieces, and add little dried oregano
- Put it back in the oven for another 5 minutes
- Take out the pizza and let it rest for 5 more minutes
Pepperoni pizza
- Begin with the tomato paste and the olive oil. Add the grated mozzarella, the sliced salami and a few slices of hot peppers. Sprinkle grated parmesan to taste
- Place the baking tray back to the oven for another 5 minutes
- Take out the pizza and let it rest for 5 more minutes
Onion&Gorgonzola Pizza
