Strawberry pies or cakes are always a weakness in my house, especially when strawberries are fresh and sweet. This cream cheese pie is never too much due to its light consistency and fantastic taste.
Graham cookies, cream cheese topping, and sweet strawberries are everything you need to create that magical pie that is so delicious. I am always receiving praise and lots of compliments. It is joyful when you make a homemade cake that tastes even better than a bought one. This is the princess prize for me when I receive such good feedback.
Also, what I like about this pie – is the easiness it is made and the quickest it is eaten. A morning coffee next to a slice of strawberry pie is something to scream for on summer days. This spoiling moment is priceless and unique. I really enjoy such mornings.

This pie is so delicious and addictive.
Is strawberry pie the same as cheesecake?
These two desserts are very similar. They even share half of the core ingredients that are required. However, there are some differences.
Cheesecake is usually baked pie, while cream cheese pie is a no-bake dessert. An authentic cheesecake recipe requires eggs and sour cream, while cream cheese pie requires just a handful of ingredients. Eggs and sour cream are not part of the latest dessert.
Can I use frozen strawberries to make this Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie?
Definitely, you can! But you will not get that aromatic flavor and beautifully textured strawberries.
Anyway, if you are using frozen strawberries, thaw them in advance. Then make sure you strain the juice from the thawed strawberries.
Strawberry cream cheese pie:

You will be pleasantly surprised at how easy this cream cheese pie is made. It takes only three main steps to make this fabulous no-bake strawberry cream cheese pie:
- graham cookies crust
- fresh strawberry topping
- citrusy cream cheese filling
How do you make strawberry cream cheese pie?
Start with the crust. Crush the cookies in a food processor. The texture of the cookies after crushing should be similar to sand. Transfer them to a mixing bowl and stir with melted butter. Do not hesitate to mix the ingredients by hand. For this time, I did not put any sugar in the crust mixture as the filling was too sweet for me. If you like serving sweeter desserts, add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar to the crust mixture. The texture should be sticky.
Pour about ⅓ of the crumb mixture into the 9-inch pie dish. Press the mixture firmly to the bottom. It should be tight and compact. Use the bottom of a flat glass to press it down and up the sides. Send the cruts to chill for a while.
Rinse, hull, and halve all the strawberries. Strawberry size varies greatly, so if your strawberries are large, then quarter or slice them. Transfer the berries to a mixing bowl. Add two tablespoons of sugar, two tablespoons of lime juice, and some mint leaves. Mix and set aside.
Now, prepare the cream cheese filling. Using a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, start at low speed to beat cream cheese. Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature. When you see cream cheese is light and fluffy, add condensed milk. Whisk again to incorporate it all together. Next, add vanilla seeds, lime zest, and squeeze some fresh lime juice. Beat for 3-4 more minutes until you get beautiful smooth cream cheese filling.
Using a silicone spatula, spread cream cheese filling into your chilled crust. Send to the refrigerator for some hours to chill.
For note: If you are in lack of time, send the cream cheese pie to the freezer for half an hour.
How to serve strawberry cream cheese pie?
Lastly, the final touches. First, pipe the pie alongside with whipping cream. Then pour over the chilled cream cheese pie the strawberry topping. The infused strawberries are the star of this lovely pie! I didn’t use any gelatin or cornstarch, which is typically used for toppings. That is why I add berries topping just before serving.
Serve chilled paired with a glass of strawberry gin cocktail with prosecco or refreshing cold Chamomile lemon tea.
