The ingredients:
- 15 to 20 garlic cloves ( the more, the better)
- 250 ml of neutral sunflower oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme, or fresh springs of thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary or fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp dried parsleyÂ
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp miso pasteÂ
- 1 cup of homemade mayo, or buy one
How to make homemade garlic mayo?
Gently cook the garlic cloves in oil for about 50 minutes at an ideal 80C (170 F) temperature. Add the spices and let them cook at a low temperature until you rest or cook other dishes.Â
Strain off the oil with the help of a strainer.Â
On a plate, crush the garlic and add it to your mayo sauce. Mix gently and enjoy next to anything.Â

How much thyme, rosemary and parsley? Recipe doesn’t say.

This is my fault I didn’t mention the quantities. Many of my recipes are done to taste, so sometimes I skip to note the measurement precisely.
You can add 1 tsp of each herb; it depends on how deep the garlic flavor you want to taste.
