Homemade Garlic Mayonnaise

- 20 garlic cloves
- 250 ml neutral sunflower oil
- dried thyme
- dried rosemary
- dried parsley
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp miso paste
- 1 cup mayo
Gently cook the garlic cloves in oil for about 50 minutes at an ideal 80C (170 F) temperature.
Add the spices and let them cook at a low temperature until you rest or cook other dishes.
Strain off the oil with the help of a filter.
On a plate, crush the garlic and add it to your mayo sauce. Mix gently and enjoy next to anything.
