Creamy Tomato Salad

- 8 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 shallots
- herbs, parsley, and dill
- chives
- seasoning
Properly wash and clean all the tomatoes. Take a cutting board and cut them wedges or halves. Thinly slice the shallots, parsley, dill, and chives.
Take a bowl and start combining all the ingredients. Pour the sour cream and mix well until all the ingredients have coated all the aromas.
Add salt and herbs at your discretion. Garnish with thinly chopped chives or spring green onions.
Serve immediately.
