- 2 lbs ground meat chicken
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 cup mozzarella shredded
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
Peel the onion and the garlic cloves
Use a grater to finely grate the onion and the garlic
Mix all the ingredients with the meat in a large bowl, all at once
Preheat oven at 350 degrees
Line the baking tray with a sheet of parchment paper
Shape the meatballs evenly one by one and lay them on the tray
Insert the baking tray into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees
When the meatballs are golden brown, take out of the oven and let cool for 5 minutes
