- 1 lbs beef
- 9 oz broccoli 1 broccoli head
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds for serving
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce low sodium
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/3 cup red wine
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
- 1 tbsp sesame oil roasted
- 1 tsp corn starch optional
- Rinse and cut the florets and the stem of the broccoli
- Peel and crush or slice the garlic cloves
- Heat a pan and add the olive oil
- Brown the garlic for 30 minutes then add the broccoli
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on medium-low heat. Stir often
- Remove from the pan and set aside on a plate
- Clean the meat and thinly slice it in stripes
- Add olive oil to the pan and fry the beef stripes for 5 minutes on medium-high heat. Stir often
