Valentine's Day Strawberry Cocktail

Valentine’s Day Strawberry Cocktail is the perfect decision to impress your beloved one. Heady, dizzy, and romantic.

Valentine’s Day is at the door, so we are already looking for something special, unique, but romantic and elegant. A sparkling cocktail will always be an option as it is quick to make, lovely to impress, and very festive.

I like this romantic day when we all celebrate love and passion. So a Valentine’s Day Strawberry Drink will be more than ideal on the festive table.

Valentine's Day Strawberry CocktailI came across this cocktail accidentally, and I loved how it looked and tasted. Nothing too complicated or hard, just good sparkling wine, strawberry sorbet, pomegranate juice (optional) and your drink is ready to be served.

I adore champagne cocktails as they look fancy, elegant, and aren’t too heady. You can check some of my famous sparkling cocktails here:

Champagne cocktails are my weakness; I adore how they look and taste. On Valentine’s day, I wanted a romantic treat, so this is why I have chosen this kind of drink to impress my beloved one.

Valentine's Day Strawberry CocktailYou can also share some of your famous Valentine’s Day cocktail ideas with me.

I am a champagne girl, and this simple-to-make cocktail is one of the perfect sweet treats to delight my sweetheart. Desserts are also one of the best ideas; however, desserts aren’t my comfort zone. So this is why I will probably buy a nice-looking dessert, but the cocktail stands by my side. I want to impress you with this one, so stay tuned and follow the steps.

What kind of Champagne one can use?

The perfect sparkling wine here is the pink one. Either Moscato pink, which is sweeter, or Brut Pink, which is much sour, but the better option for me. Also, you can use any champagne you have at home.

Sparkling wine cocktailWhy Brut Pink? Well, I adore Brut Champagne, and as I am a champagne fan, I have searched for more info on which one is better. Brut is a traditional method with fewer chemicals and tastes authentic. The sweeter the sparkling wine is, the more chemicals and sugar content it contains.

A glass of Brut sparkling wine is dry and crispiest with a refreshing bubbly sensation.

How to make Valentine’s Day Strawberry Cocktail?

This simple to make cocktail is easy to make and is an excellent and inviting drink for Valentine’s Day. For note: to take this cocktail to another lever, pour a shot of flavoured vodka. To be honest, I have tried champagne with vodka; however, some barmen suggest it is mouthwatering.

Strawberry sorbet melts into the champagne and creates a delicious mixture of sweet and bubbly feelings. Very fresh, romantic, and fantastic.

Celebrate love with your half one with this easy cocktail.

What ingredients you need:

Sparkling wine cocktail ingredientsA bottle of champagne

Strawberry sorbet

Pomegranate juice ( optional, but I like how it pairs with champagne)

Fresh strawberries for decoration

Rim your glasses if you have time and want to add some elegance.

Take your nicest champagne glasses and place 1 or 2 scoops of strawberry sorbet. Pour champagne directly over the sorbet. ( fill up the glasses)

Sparkling wine cocktailPour pomegranate juice, about 2 tbsp.

Garnish with some fresh strawberries and enjoy.

You can mix the cocktail or let the sorbet melt by itself.  Watch the video below 👇

If you want a non-alcoholic cocktail, pour a non-alcohol sparkling wine or replace it with a cider drink. Also, replace strawberries with raspberries or other sweet berries and make a nice-looking cocktail with a fantastic taste.

Enjoy!
