Ingredients
  

  • 2 pears
  • 8 tbsp soft Gorgonzola dolce cheese
  • 4 tbsp almond flakes
  • 4 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Grab 2 pears, wash them, and dry with a paper towel. Cut them in halves lengthwise and scoop the seeds and core.
  • Arrange the pears cut side up on the prepared baking tray. Fix them with a toothpick, so that pears will not wobble. Fill each pears halves with Gorgonzola dolce. Then top with some nuts.
