Why grapes in a chicken salad?
I like grapes, and they pair just great next to the chicken. They are a little sweet and next to the chicken, cheese, and veggies; they simply add flavour and a touch of elegance. I have tried this salad at my friends, and I liked the balanced taste and how they paired together. Even though it may seem strange, you have to try this version to get convinced. However, you can easily skip grapes or substitute them with other raw fruits. But, I have found this version fabulous and tasty.
