- 1/2 roasted chicken
- 4 boiled eggs
- 7 oz Gouda cheese
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- grapes
- 1 cup mayo
- Seasoning
Boil four eggs about 5-7 minutes and set aside in icy water to cool down and peel the skin easily.
Nicely shred the leftover chicken meat and set aside until you prepare other ingredients.
Cut cubes the cheese so it will nicely decorate the salad.
Cut halves the cherries and the grapes before adding them to the salad.
Take a big bowl and add all the ingredients. Coat in mayo and adjust taste if needed.
Serve immadetely.
