I adore to experience with ingredients, and burrata is one of those easy ingredients that nicely pair with many fresh veggies. Burrata and tomatoes, burrata with avocado, burrata with reddish, or any other raw vegetables you have will pair great with burrata cheese.

This simple to make parsley oil is a must for this salad if you want to taste burrata at another level. Definitely, you can easily use extra virgin olive oil, but this quick to make parsley oil will take your dish up to a higher taste and aspect.
How to make the parsley infused oil?
Add a handful of parsley to the hand blender with ½ cup of olive oil and one clove of garlic. Mix well until all the ingredients have incorporated and looked like a vibrant liquid paste. Adjust sea salt at the taste. Drain through the sieve, and the obtained oil is ready to be served over the salad.
For note: you can make more amount of this tasty parsley infused oil and freeze it for some weeks. Pour over to any salads you make. It only will enhance the taste, aroma, and colours of your salads.
Do you drain burrata?
Well, it is optional. For example, I don’t drain it and use it directly to any of my salads. However, you can quickly drain it for some minutes and clean it with kitchen paper to avoid excess water. How is burrata different from mozzarella?
Mozzarella and Burrata resemble much, while Mozzarella is harder and from crud cheese, while burrata is softer, creamier, and flavourful. Both these pieces of cheese are made of cows’ milk.
