Air fryer broccoli topped with nuts and coated in olive oil and lemon juice is a simple appetiser paired perfectly with everything.

Broccoli is a healthy veggie my family likes, so I always try to have it at home. Raw or cooked broccoli is tasty if coated in a dressing. I like it simple in olive oil, but sometimes, I make it with truffle sauce when I want a more fancy dish. I will come later about this sauce.

Broccoli is a healthy veggie rich in vitamins and minerals. It is an excellent antioxidant that is beneficial against many diseases. Paired with other veggies and dishes, broccoli could play an important role in digestion and a lovely aspect on the platter.

I like slightly roasted broccoli because it has a nicer aroma and tastes fantastic with any dressing. Meat lovers will need help understanding my mood; however, broccoli can be a good substitute for green salads or other snacks once you try it. For example, some years ago, I barely stood to eat a bowl full of arugula salad; now, it is my favourite salad of all time.

Is using an air fryer healthy?

Cooking in an air fryer has now become my love and my saver. The hot air circulation with a small amount of oil fries the food at a healthy rate. It is well-cooked, not raw; it has a perfect texture. All the recipes I make in my air fryer are perfect and quick. It is a suitable kitchen appliance that I highly recommend. Check more air fryer recipes here.

Is it okay to use an air fryer every day?

healthy broccoliYes, for me. I cook in my air fryer in the morning and in the evening. It makes my dishes quicker, avoids smells, and washes easily. If you tend to cook many dishes, then an air fryer could not be an option. For this, you will need an oven or a big skillet. However, as we are three members, the air fryer can be used daily.

Why does my broccoli burn in the air fryer?

It may burn because of a small amount of oil or because the broccoli stalk is too big and barely fits in the air fryer basket. If you pour olive oil and cut the broccoli into smaller parts, it shouldn’t burn. Also, you must pay attention to the temperature, as a high temperature can lead to burning broccoli.

Can you eat broccoli raw?

Of course, you can eat it raw or cooked. Raw broccoli is a healthier version with more benefits. Chop the florets and make them into snacks. Raw broccoli can be fantastic in salads, stews, and many more dishes where you want to enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
