Pork tenderloin, pork chops, or pork cutlets are recipes you could not get wrong, especially when throwing parties. Some of my friends don’t eat beef; others duck, so pork is a famous meat that is a win-win.Â
What cut of pork is a cutlet?Â
The loin part of the pork, also known as the pork loin piece, is a soft and boneless lean part to make some delicious cutlets. This meat is one of the most famous due to its easy cooking process and low fat. Many people avoid eating fatty meat, so pork cutlets, especially coated in panko, are extremely delicious and crispy.Â
In Austria or other European countries, you may find pork Schnitzel, the name for pork cutlets. They are very famous, and my daughter likes them very much. This dish is kid-friendly, and by making it at home, you can adjust the oil and panko to make them irresistibly tasty and crispy. Potatoes are always the partner in crime when I make cutlets at home; this is why some baked potatoes or air fryer fries quickly pair excellent. Â Â

How to make air fryer pork cutlets?Â
Pork cutlets were once my favourite dish to bake. I added some seasoning and bake for 30-40 minutes. Now that I have the air fryer, my saver, I cook them quicker and with less smell.Â
Usually, when I want to cook pork cutlets, I buy a medium piece of tenderloin and cut thin slices to cook them quickly. As a note, I beat them with the help of a rolling pin for 30 seconds to obtain a softer piece of meat.Â
Pat the cutlets dry with a paper towel or parchment paper. In a small bowl, whisk two eggs and set aside.Â
Season the cutlet with old bay seasoning, salt, pepper, and cayenne, and coat it in eggs and panko breadcrumbs.Â
Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 200C.Â
Layer a piece of parchment paper, pour 1-2 tsp of olive oil, and nicely place two pieces of meat to cook at a time. My air fryer is small so that I can place only two pieces simultaneously.Â
