Air Fryer Pork Cutlets

- 14 oz pork meat cut thin slices 1/2 inch thick.
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Preheat the air fryer to 200 C (400F) for 5 minutes.
Cut the tenderloin meat into thin slices, about 1/2 inch thick.
Pat the cutlets dry with a paper towel or parchment paper.
Season the cutlet with old bay seasoning, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Coat it in eggs and panko breadcrumbs.
Layer a piece of parchment paper, pour 1-2 tsp of olive oil, and nicely place two pieces of meat to cook at a time.
Cook the meat for about 7 minutes on one side, and turn the cutlets on another side to cook through for 5-7 minutes more.
