Juicy Air Fryer Meatloaf Recipe

Air fryer meatloaf is one of the quickest methods to cook a delicious meal in minutes with no smell and mess.

I was, and still am, an Instant Pot fan; however, when I bought my air fryer, I became even lazier but with the same tasty and unique dishes.

The air fryer makes any of my recipes quick, juicy, and tender, with almost no smell. Today is about my super tasty and fantastic meatloaf recipe made of chicken.

Air Fryer MeatloafMeatloaf is one of those dishes you can quickly assemble and cook for dinner if you want a more fancy and elegant table.

What I like most about meatloaves is that you can make them of any ground meat mixed with anything you have. Just add some greenies to make it lighter, and veggies for healthiness, and your meatloaf will taste fabulous.

Today’s recipe is about good ground chicken meat, spices, veggies, parsley, and some Parmesan for saltiness and juiciness. Meatloaf is a simple and quick recipe to make any time of the day or even ahead. You can mix everything and store it in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Air Fryer Meatloaf RecipeWe love meatloaves, which is why I have more meatloaf recipes, but this is the first time I have made just chicken meat. First, I was a bit dubious about making it just from ground chicken meat, as it is too dry. But, to my surprise, the meatloaf turned out to be juicy, soft, tender, and not dry. I have a secret: adding milk will make your meat soft and juicy.

You may be wondering: if I don’t have an air fryer, where can I make it that easy and simple?

Simply, you can cook it in an Instant Pot, bake it in the oven, or crockpot.

There is always solvation when you want to please your family.

How long do you air fry a meatloaf?

Juicy Air Fryer Meatloaf Cooking meatloaf in an air fryer is easy and simple, but you have to pay attention to some details. If you cook one piece of meatloaf just like me, 30 minutes is enough at 160C ( 320). If you make it thinner or divide it in half, some 18-20 minutes will be more than enough.

Can I put ground meat in the air fryer?

Air fryer tips:

  • I try to lay some parchment paper or aluminum foil into the air fryer basket to avoid a greasy pot and to wash it in seconds.
  • Try to pre-heat the air fryer to ensure it is hot and perfect for cooking the dish.
