- 1 pound ground chicken meat
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 shallot onion
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- fresh parsley
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tsp garlic seasoning
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper
for the topping:
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
Finely chop bell pepper and the onion.
Take a big bowl and start combining all ingredients together. Try not to overmix the mixture, just combine all ingredients until incorporated with the help of a spoon.
Preheat the air fryer to 320F or 160C.
Take the basket out and lay down the aluminum foil and grease it with some olive oil.
Attentively, place the mixture and cook for 30 minutes at 320F.
In a small bowl mix the tomato sauce with sweet chili sauce.
Once the air fryer stops cooking, open it and grease the meatloaf with the topping and cook for 3 more minutes
Let it rest for some minutes before slicing.
