Making a homemade corn salsa is quick to make – just chop up a few vegetables and put together all ingredients in a bowl. No mess in the kitchen and no smell as cooking is not required. Just combine, chill for a while, and savor the best salsa you have ever tasted.

The main ingredients for this spicy corn salsa are sweet corn, red onion, red chili, cilantro, and freshly squeezed lime juice. But for a more fresh flavor and versatile texture, I have added some sweet cherry tomatoes and crunchy bell peppers.

How to make Spicy Corn Salsa?

This fantastic and easy corn salsa bearly needs a measurement, as each ingredient perfectly complement each other. The acidity from the freshly squeezed lime juice balances the sweetness of the corn and vegetables. Chilli, red onion, and cilantro, enhance the final touch of the salsa. This appetizer is a real fiesta of flavor.
