How to cook Creamy Shrimp, Burrata & Cherry Tomato Pasta
Cook the Creamy Burrata, Shrimp, and Cherry Tomato Pasta in under 20 minutes by following these four simple steps:
1. Sauté Aromatics and Tomatoes. Begin by sautéing finely chopped leek and crushed garlic in olive oil until aromatic, for about 2 minutes on medium-low heat. Introduce whole cherry tomatoes and allow everything to simmer for a few minutes.
2. Infuse Shrimp with Flavor. At this point, add peeled shrimp to the pan, creating a succulent duo with the tomatoes. Pour in half a cup of dry white wine. Allow for it to simmer until the alcohol evaporates. Give it about 2 minutes.
3. Make the Creamy Base. Tear the burrata balls into generous pieces, incorporating them into the pan. The burrata’s creamy texture blends with the shrimp, leek, and tomatoes, forming a decadent base that coats the pasta.
