- 8 oz pasta fettuccini or spaghetti
- 8 oz shrimps peeled
- 2 balls burrata
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1/3 stick leek
- 4 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup white dry wine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt to boil the pasta and to season the pasta dish
- 1/2 tsp black ground pepper
- 1 handfull fresh parsley finely chopped
Use a large pot to bring salted water to a boil and boil the pasta according to the cooking instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and saute the leek and garlic for 2 minutes on medium-low heat
Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for a couple of minutes
Add the peeled shrimp and pour half a cup of dry white wine, cook for 2-3 minutes
Tear the burrata into pieces and mix it with the rest of the ingredients for a creamy base
Add the boiled pasta directly from the boiling water using kitchen tongs and mix with the rest of the ingredients
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley
