Equipment

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta fettuccini or spaghetti
  • 8 oz shrimps peeled
  • 2 balls burrata
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 stick leek
  • 4 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup white dry wine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt to boil the pasta and to season the pasta dish
  • 1/2 tsp black ground pepper
  • 1 handfull fresh parsley finely chopped

Instructions

  • Use a large pot to bring salted water to a boil and boil the pasta according to the cooking instructions
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and saute the leek and garlic for 2 minutes on medium-low heat
  • Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for a couple of minutes
  • Add the peeled shrimp and pour half a cup of dry white wine, cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Tear the burrata into pieces and mix it with the rest of the ingredients for a creamy base
  • Add the boiled pasta directly from the boiling water using kitchen tongs and mix with the rest of the ingredients
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley
  • Serve with pleasure
