What kind of pasta?
I have used rotini/penne pasta as I had an opened box, but here you can use any small-size pasta as it will suit you better.
For example, spaghetti will not be a good option for this salad.

For this creamy and tangy dressing, without mayo, you will need the following ingredients:Â
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Lemon juice
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Garlic powder
- Dried dill or fresh one
- Dried parsley or fresh oneÂ
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Take a bowl and mix all ingredients and adjust after taste. Adjust spices to your liking.Â

Chop the veggies and set them aside.
Strain pasta and add pasta to a big bowl.Â
