Ranch dressing

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Dried dill or fresh one
  • Dried parsley or fresh one 
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Take a bowl and mix all ingredients and adjust after taste. Adjust spices to your liking.

  • Diced celery stalks
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Parsley
  • Black olives
  • ½ cup chickpeas
  • cucumber

Take a saucepan and, in the boiling water, add a pinch of salt, followed by pasta.

Chop the veggies and set them aside.
