- 12 oz Yogurt Greek
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1 handful dill fresh
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch salt
Wash the cucumber and the dill. Use a paper towel to absorb excess water
Trim the cucumber and squeeze excess water. Put in a bowl
Finely chop the dill. Add to the bowl
Peel and grate the garlic cloves. Add to the bowl
Add the Greek yogurt, salt, olive oil and squeeze the juice out a half of a lemon
Mix to incorporate all the ingredients
Drizzle a few drops on top to garnish. Sprinkle a little of chopped dill
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for 2-3 days
